I love that the noodles are essentially pre-cooked and that I just have to heat them up and add my sauce. So fast!

I’ve tried many low-calorie fiber noodles and this brand is by far the BEST!! it’s the fastest to cook, the perfect texture, great clean flavor too!! All in all it’s a fantastic dietary food that makes you think you’re cheating with pasta and rice but you’re getting skinny the entire time you’re eating it!!! A++++

After following the directions to properly rinse and cook the pasta, I added a morningstar farms veggie crumble "meat" to a delicious pasta sauce. This was a very filling meal that I felt great eating!
