I love pasta, my all time favorite food. Unfortunately regular pasta isn't that healthy for you when eaten often. I love making an Italian Pasta Salad with this. I rinse and drain the pasta, add cucumber slices, tomatoes, chickpeas, olives, sweet onion slices, hot pepper rings, cheese and pepperoni along with a light Italian dressing. You can add or omit whatever you like. Great tasting salad and very few calories. Eating It's Skinny while dieting doesn't feel like dieting at all. Great taste and barely any calories. It is a win win
